Welcome To The NJ Native Plant Map!

This website provides information about indigenous plants and natural regions of New Jersey.

The PLANT MAPS tab displays 4 maps that produce native plant lists.

The ECO REGIONS tab display a map of NJ Eco regions. Clicking the map will open a pdf describing New Jersey’s ecoregions and the right sidebar will display information.

The Forest Type tab displays a map showing the dominant tree type for various tree stands across the state, and also provides a variety of dominant tree types for each NJ Eco-region.
